Brenda’s Dynamic Day Centre (Promoting independent living through care and innovation, using Meta headsets for virtual travel, providing meditation and fitness programs), a new community-focused initiative by Apex Life Care CIC.

Who it is for?
Adults aged 18 and older living in Bromley who may be vulnerable, disabled, retired, grieving, feeling isolated, or looking for social interaction with others, caregivers needing respite and those facing isolation, frailty, physical disabilities, early-stage dementia, or recovering from a stroke.

We provide a welcoming and engaging space for individuals who would benefit from structured daytime support.

Our Day Centre offers a welcoming space with dedicated staff and regular entertainment. Starting March 2025, we will hold sessions twice a week at Community House Bromley (CHB), with the possibility of adding more based on interest.

We offer:
✅ Full-day sessions (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
✅ A competitive rate of £70 per day, including refreshments and meal
✅ A central, accessible location in Bromley, near the High Street

Details:
💷 Price: £10 per hour (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
